A Queen alpaca topper measures 152 × 203 cm, or 60 × 80 in — the footprint of the mattress it sits on, not the wider size a duvet needs.

Twin and Twin XL share a duvet but never a topper: the XL mattress is 12 cm longer. Mattress sizes are standardised, so these match the bed exactly.
